1. Age
The bride and groom must be 18 and over;

2. Gender
The bride and groom must be male and female;

3. No Impediments
The parties must be free to marry and must not have been in any civil partnership with anyone else.

4. Consent
Free consent must exist between the parties who agree to enter into the State of Matrimony.
