Is it a Formal or an Informal Wedding?

The stationery you choose for your big day will say a lot about the style and formality of your event. If your guests receive invitations printed in black ink on either white or ecru card stock, they will know that it is a formal event requiring the men to wear tuxedoes and black ties and the women to wear long formal gowns.

If, on the other hand, they receive invitations printed on green and white card stock decorated with flower borders, they will know that you have chosen an informal scheme which will likely be held in a garden under a tent or marquee. Expect them to come dressed in more casual attire such as coloured shirts for the men, and dresses with large floral prints for the women.
