25 Jump Squats Per Day to Keep you Strong and on Your Feet

In the days before your wedding day, you will be running around, a lot, especially if you are a person who likes to get things done and do not believe in delegating tasks to other people. As a result, you will often go home tired, feeling run down.

Believe it or not, adding a regular exercise routine to your schedule will actually give you the stamina to get all the things in your "To Do List" done.

We found this exercise just for you brides and grooms. You can do it together or on your own. It is easy and will help you build your leg muscles.

1. Start by standing up right with feet hip width apart;

2. Jump down to a squat pushing your bottom back far enough so that your knees do not go past your toes;

3. Spring from the bottom squat and jump as high as you can, landing back to your bottom squat.

Repeat this 25 times either in the morning or in the evening and help make your leg muscles stronger.
