A Rosemary Wreath for Love, Loyalty and Wisdom

Wreaths all over the world have their different meanings. In Czechoslovakia / The Czech Republic, during ancient times, brides would weave wreaths to wear on their hair on their wedding day.

They would decorate them with pleasant smelling flowers and leaves. They would also include the herb rosemary which symbolised the hope for love, loyalty and wisdom for the brides new state as a married woman.
